Breathing Space is an extremely powerful process that blends 4 different techniques with neuroscience-inspired technology. It’s especially good for people who struggle with more traditional forms of meditation and want a rapid change in the way that they feel.

Breathing Space can be challenging in the first few days because of the instant changes most people experience happening in the body.

To help new members gain confidence with their Breathing Space practice we provide support in the following ways:

  1. Quick Start Tutorial – How to do Breathing Space
  2. Introduction to Breathing Space event held monthly
  3. Breathing Space Chapters to support your practice

What happens in the session?

These sessions are held in the Main Community which means no cameras, you have a choice to ask questions and interact in the chat. Turn on your app notifications to be reminded of when the 20 minute session is due to start.

What to prepare

  • If possible, make sure that you are alone. If you’re in the office, then find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed. If this is not possible then just watch the session with headphones rather than take an active part.
  • Sit on a comfortable chair that supports your back and allows you to rest both feet on the floor.
  • Have water handy. Taking sips of water helps with this breathwork technique.

What’s covered in the Introduction to Breathing Space?

  • The 4 different techniques used and their purpose
  • What neuroscience technology is used and why
  • Why headphones accelerate the benefits
  • Typical early stage physical and emotional reactions
  • Track duration times – start with 5-minute options
  • Choice of guided or instrumental versions
  • Short, medium, and long-term benefits
